We look forward to welcoming you to Sunbeam Bungalows on beautiful Lake Nipissing! Our cottage accommodations, recreation activities, waterfront facilities and nearby attractions offer something for all ages and interests.
Lakeside
The beach is a favourite place for the whole family. There’s ample space for relaxing or playing on our 450 feet of private shoreline. The shallow water is ideal for safe swimming and carefree water activities.
Our waterfront equipment includes canoes, water skis, kayak, water trampoline, paddle board, pedal boat, and various inflatables. Government approved life jackets are available. There’s also fishing off the dock (catch and release) for rock bass, sunfish, smallmouth bass and catfish. The long expanse of sandy beach has a sun deck with BBQ and seating, a great place to take in a panoramic view of the bay. There's also a beach gazebo with a view of the marina and bay.

Marina
Sunbeam Bungalows marina has the largest private sun deck on the lake, for the exclusive use of guests, with a stairway down to shallow water for a refreshing splash in the lake. This deck is set up for your enjoyment with lounge chairs, barbecue and picnic tables with umbrellas, as well as a gazebo with large propane fire bowl. It's a place where you can relax at any time of day, watch the wildlife, read a book, watch the summer sailing club races, take photos or sunbathe. The docks (completely rebuilt in 2020) also feature an additional deck on the North side that we call the 'Sunset Deck', perfect for quiet relaxation, an evening chat around the large propane fire bowl, or taking photos of the amazing Callander Bay sunsets. In the evening the marina is brightened by decorative lights, reflecting in the water along with the sunset glow.
