Location
Sunbeam Bungalows is located on Callander Bay, Lake
Nipissing, in the small, picturesque town of Callander, Ontario.
It offers a small town, rustic lifestyle within 10 minutes of
the larger shopping and cultural centre of North Bay.

Our resort is nestled under the pines,
across the road from a
long, white, sandy beach. The shallow water provides safe,
carefree swimming for children and adults alike. The marina
shelters our fleet of boats and has space for docking your own
boat. A favourite feature is our private 2, 500 sq. ft. deck
overlooking the entire bay, complete with lounge chairs, a
covered gazebo, barbecue and picnic tables with umbrellas.
The area is a photographer’s dream, with an abundance of
birds, trees, rocks and lakes to capture with your camera, or to
sketch or paint...and the magnificent sunsets will take your
breath away!

From Toronto, the drive is simple and direct.
- Take Hwy 400N out of Toronto and continue north on Hwy 11.
- Exit 14 km past Powassan on Hwy 654 (Lake Nosbonsing Road) and turn right at the stop sign.
- Turn right on Hwy 94 at the flashing light.
- After one kilometer, make a left turn into Callander towards the lake and we are 300 yards on the right.
- We'll be there waiting to greet you.
