The fine print
We require a $300.00 deposit payable to Sunbeam Bungalows which will be refunded immediately in full if you cannot be accommodated.A $30.00 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.We require 60 days notice. If less, deposit is forfeited.You do not have a reservation unless your deposit has been received and confirmed by us in writing.
Accommodations and equipment will be charged fully for the time period reserved. No allowance will be made for early departures or late arrivals.U.S. currency accepted at prevailing bank rates and credited in full.Please be prepared to settle your account upon arrival in cash, traveler's cheques, or VISA.
Sorry, no personal cheques accepted.
All equipment reserved will be charged for In full, unless cancelled 45 days before start of vacation.We reserve the right to substitute accommodations and equipment should the need arise due to circumstances beyond our control.
No credit given if facilities offered or equipment arranged for is not used.Sunbeam Bungalows is open from mid-May to mid October.Weekly check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
If you arrive early please be prepared to wait.If the cottage is available, you may be able to check-in earlier.
Weekly Check-out time is 9:00 a.m.
Late check-out charge is $10.00 per hour or part.
Daily check-in and check-out times by prior arrangement.

Facilities offered at Sunbeam Bungalows are for the exclusive use of registered guests only and are used at their own risk.We will not be held liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred while on our premises or while using any of our equipment.All visitors must register.Daytime for visitors is $5.00 (any age).Overnight charge as per rate chart.
